Class Details:
Learn from our team about some of the mysteries of Absinthe. We’ll take a walk through the history of Absinthe – what it is, how it’s made, and how it got the sinister reputation it has today. While we learn, we’ll also make a bottle of our own Absinthe from scratch! Learn about the blend of herbs that go into Absinthe by making it yourself. We’ll also learn how best to drink the potent spirit, the way that it was done in Absinthe’s heyday in the late 1800’s
