Description
We distill 100% pure, raw Alberta honey from our family hives in Chestermere, Alberta, in a fashion similar to that of a fruity vodka or “honey shine.” This old-world classic is bottled at 42% ABV, with aromas of Alberta wildflowers and hints of beeswax and spice shining through. A slight sweetness arrives in the flavour and aroma, but this is not a sweetened liqueur. It’s best enjoyed straight up with a single ice cube, or mixed as you would a high-end vodka. 42.0% ABV, clear spirit.
Recommended Pairings:
Whitefish, steaks, charcuterie boards (especially dried fruits, honey & blue cheese).
