Join us for a deep dive into the mysteries of whisky! Take a detailed tour of the distillery and our process, and then settle into our classroom for a guided tasting, and blend your own bottle from our casks!
Learn from our distillers about some of the mysteries of whisky. We’ll guide you through the process of how we ferment, distill and age our award winning spirits, and tour the rest of our distillery.
Afterwards, we’ll head to the classroom for a guided tasting of rare and unreleased whisky from the Burwood rickhouse.
Once you’re familiar with the spirits at hand, we’ll guide you through the process of blending your own bottle of whiskey, straight from our casks!

Our 14-Day Class Policy
To ensure a high-quality experience for all our guests, our classes require significant advance preparation, from staffing to ordering fresh ingredients.
For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds or reschedule bookings within 14 days of your scheduled class. While we understand that unforeseen circumstances arise, our commitment to preparation means your spot is secured and materials are allocated. We appreciate your understanding.

Our Cask Blending Classes run monthly on Friday nights. If you don’t see any available times, email us with your interest and we can customize a date with a special date.
