Join us for a deep dive into the mysteries of whisky! Take a detailed tour of the distillery and our process, and then settle into our classroom for a guided tasting, and blend your own bottle from our casks!

Class Details

In this guided course, you will learn how whiskey is made, and blend your own bottle to take home!

Duration: 120 Min | Max: 24 People | Min: 1 person

10 Stations $200.00 +GST/Station (Accommodates 1 to 3 people)

Learn from our distillers about some of the mysteries of whisky. We’ll guide you through the process of how we ferment, distill and age our award winning spirits, and tour the rest of our distillery.

Afterwards, we’ll head to the classroom for a guided tasting of rare and unreleased whisky from the Burwood rickhouse.

Once you’re familiar with the spirits at hand, we’ll guide you through the process of blending your own bottle of whiskey, straight from our casks!
