When will I get my order? ( Shipping Time )
Canada Post Shipping
We endeavour to ship your order as soon as possible and dispatch online orders within 48 – 72 hours. Your order should arrive in 2 – 8 business days depending, on location and are delivered by Canada Post* We cannot guarantee or provide a day of the week or time of day for delivery. The signer of the package must be at the legal drinking age of the province receiving the shipment.*Timelines are subject to change due to strikes and holidays that are outside of our control*.
You can get free deliveries on orders $75+. Free delivery only applies within Calgary city limits and goes out Tuesdays and Fridays.
Nationwide free shipping requires a minimum order of $150.
The following provinces are excluded from Free Shipping: NWT, Yukon, and Nunavut. Shipping rates apply*
We cannot ship to the following provinces: Quebec
In order to receive your delivery on Tuesday, you must place your order by Monday, no later than 9:00 pm MDT. In order to receive your delivery on Friday, you must place your order by Thursday, no later than 9:00 pm MDT.
Orders placed after the cut-off time will be sent out on the next available delivery date.
What does shipping cost?
Did you know that we ship for FREE within Calgary city limits with orders over $75 on Tuesdays and Fridays?
Burwood Distillery ships Canada-wide, the cost will be determined by weight through Canada Post. (standard shipping only)
What if I need to change or cancel my order?
Orders are processed very quickly so if you need to cancel or make adjustments to your order please contact us immediately at (403) 276-8410 & firstname.lastname@example.org. We’ll do our best to help, but we can’t cancel orders once they have shipped
Can I return or exchange my order?
In the event of damage to your items, or product defects, please contact us immediately at email@example.com or 403-276-8410
We want you to love our spirits as much as we do. If you should require a return or exchange you have up to 7 days from the date of purchase, subject to the below:
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We cannot exchange or refund gift vouchers or promotional items.
If your items that you received differ from what you ordered, please contact our distillery and we will correct this issue at no additional expense to the purchaser. We are unable to accept the return of spirits that were ordered in error by the purchaser.

What if my product is damaged?
Please contact us at (403) 276-8410 within 14 days of purchase with your order number and details of the damaged product. Please note you may be required to provide photographs of the damaged goods so we can investigate into the shipping/packaging process to ensure this won’t happen again.
When can I expect my refund or exchange?
Once the spirits are received, we will refund your credit card account for the cost of the spirit less shipping and handling. If the original shipment was damaged or flawed you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges. Please note: refunds may take up to 10 business days to process and post to your credit card account.
Signature and ID of an adult who is at least 18 years old (19 years old in provinces where this the legal drinking age) will be required. Orders cannot be left on the doorstep or unattended unless previously arranged.
If it is more of a convenience to pick-up in store, Burwood Distillery can have your order ready for you. Please choose that option on your online order at the time of purchase. Customers should be aware of our store hours when picking up which may vary throughout different seasons. Identification of the purchaser will also be required upon pick-up.
Out of Stock Items
Burwood Distillery occasionally runs out of products due to being a craft distillery. If you are waiting for a product to come back into stock please sign-up to our newsletter where we will notify our customers on the return of products, new releases and special offerings!.
