Learn from our distillers about some of the mysteries of whisky. We’ll guide you through the process of how we ferment, distill and age our award winning spirits, and tour the rest of our distillery.
Afterwards, we’ll head to the classroom for a guided tasting of rare and unreleased whisky from the Burwood rickhouse.
We will start with a tour of the distillery and you’ll leave with a new understanding of distillation and spirits in general -Once you’re familiar with the spirits at hand, we’ll guide you through the process of blending your own bottle of whiskey, straight from our casks!
