To ensure a high-quality experience for all our guests, our tours require significant advance preparation, from staffing to ordering fresh ingredients.
For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds or reschedule bookings within 14 days of your scheduled tour. While we understand that unforeseen circumstances arise, our commitment to preparation means your spot is secured and materials are allocated. We appreciate your understanding.
