The bouquet of rich botanicals and herbs were carefully selected to bring about a variety of nuanced flavours, sensations, and noses under different conditions. Bottled at 44% ABV.

Tasting Notes

Burwood Gin showcases the levels of juniper and coriander you would expect in a London Dry Gin, elevated by citrus and lemongrass to give a clean springtime, summery nose. The addition of Szechuan Pepper adds a touch of spice & tingling sensation but is reigned in by notes of Dragon Well Green Tea, rounding the mouthfeel and giving a smoothness on the tongue.

Burwood Gin presents well on its own during tastings & in martinis. Additionally, this gin opens up wonderfully when introduced to a mixer or cocktail.
