Description

Burwood Vodka is distilled from 100% Alberta 2-row single malt barley, then lightly coconut charcoal filtered. Light flavours of grain add a welcome note of complexity to this vodka distilled right here in Calgary. This follows with a mild sweetness, derived from specialty yeast esters produced through a slow fermentation. The result is exceptionally clean and smooth.
