What you need:
1.5 oz Blended Scotch
1/2 oz Honey Eau de Vie
3/4 oz Honey syrup
1 oz Lemon juice
Honey Syrup: half a cup of honey, half a cup of water. Add ingredients into a small saucepan over medium heat.
Stir until honey is dissolved.
Allow to cool and transfer to an airtight container. Syrup will keep, refrigerated, for up to 1 month
