In this guided course, you will learn the basics of distilling and how spirits are made. You will then craft a unique liqueur recipe from scratch, selecting all the herbs, botanicals, fruits, vegetables, etc… for your recipe. Your unique recipe will be combined into a 2L pilot still where you will literally do your own distillation. We’ll also learn the basics of a great cocktail that uses the ingredient that we made in the class. You will also leave with your completed 375ml bottle.
Each distilling station can accommodate 1 or 2 people and you will produce a single 375 mL bottle of spirit/liqueur.
