One of our specialties, our Medica is proofed to 28.0% ABV & sweetened with raw Alberta Honey from our family farm for a mild sweetness. This process brings about a light golden colour and an incredible depth of aromas and flavour. This liqueur lends itself quite well to sipping on its own (think digestif, port, sherry, etc…) and mixing with other drinks (similar to sweet vermouth in a martini, boulevardier, or negroni).

From the CCFFW: The Croatian Canadian Folklore Federation West (CCFFW) promotes, enhances and preserves Croatian folklore ensuring cultural awareness within Canada’s multicultural mosaic. The CCFFW was established in 1978 by Croatian folklore groups from across Western Canada and it’s main objective is organizing Croatian based folklore festivals. The annual Western Croatian Canadian Folklore Festival provides an opportunity for Croatian ensembles from all over western Canada to showcase their Croatian heritage through traditional dance, music and costumes, as well as provide a forum where young Croatian-Canadians from across the country can meet to share their cultural heritage with all Canadians. Our 47^th Annual Western Croatian Canadian Folklore Festival will take place in Vancouver, BC on May 16-18, 2025.
