Our take on the classic Bees Knees from the prohibition era –
a refreshing and perfectly balanced craft cocktail from Burwood Distillery. An impeccable balance of both sour and sweet, coupled with an unexpected lavender twist, makes the Lavender Bees Knees sure to please (rhyme, 100% intended).

Fun Fact: Why is it called the Bee’s Knees?
The term means, ” It is the height of excellence!”
According to The Guardian, some believe that the “bee’s knees” derives from a shortening of “the be all and the end all of everything” which was shortened to “the B’s and E’s” and thus to “bee’s knees”; while another camp believe it derives from “it’s the business”
