Fruity single malt whisky flavours shine in the forefront, but upon careful tasting, notes of wildflowers, honeysuckle, and a warming caramel character dance across the palate. All thanks to the subtle addition of honey spirit.
Grown, fermented, distilled, and bottled in Calgary, Alberta.
Tasting Notes: Smooth, delicate notes of honeysuckle & wildflowers mingle with the fresh, robust flavours of Alberta barley. Barrel-aged to perfection.
