Recipe:
3 oz Burwood Grapefruit gin
3/4 bottle Moscato Wine
5-7 fresh sliced strawberries
1 grapefruit (sliced)
1 lemon (sliced)
1 lime (sliced)
375 ml soda water
In a jug, combine gin, fruit, Moscato and soda water. Let sit in the fridge for 60 mins to cool and let the flavours infuse. Pour and serve in a wine glass!
