Spiced Apple Sour

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Burwood Spiced Apple Gin
  • 2 oz lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 oz Burwood Honey simple syrup
  • 1 oz egg white
  • Ice (for shaking)
  • Cinnamon stick for garnish

Instructions

  • Put the Burwood Spiced Apple Gin, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white into a cocktail shaker.
  • Shake vigorously until a white foam appears.
  • Add a handful of ice to the cocktail shaker and shake again.
  • Strain into glasses.
  • Use a spoon to scrape any remaining foam in the shaker to the top of each cocktail.
  • Garnish with a cinnamon stick.

Then sip & enjoy!
