Using our limited edition Cherry Liqueur, we crafted up this fruit inspired gin sling! Here is what you will need:
1 oz Burwood Gin
1/2 oz Cointreau
1/2 oz Burwood Cherry Liqueur
3/4 oz fresh lime juice
1.5 oz tart cherry juice
Dash of angostura bitters
Splash of Sparkling water
And a Lime twist and fresh cherries (for garnish)
Pour your liqueurs and spirits into a cocktail shaker, add ice, shake a bit. Then add in your juices & bitters, shake again. Pour into a rocks or tall glass over ice, then add a splash of sparkling water to finish.
