A truly novel marriage between our rich, full-bodied single malt whisky and our distilled, barrel-aged local honey spirit. Fruity single malt whisky flavours shine in the forefront, but upon careful tasting, notes of wildflowers, honeysuckle, and a warming caramel character dance across the palate. All thanks to the subtle addition of honey spirit. Grown, fermented, distilled, and bottled in Calgary, Alberta.
