Milk and Honey

Milk and Honey

2 oz Scotch Whisky (we used Dewar’s 12 year old)
1 1/2 teaspoons of Burwood Honey
0.5 oz of Burwood Medica
3/4 oz Single cream/half and half
3/4 oz Milk (2% works best)

Steps

Stir scotch with honey in the base of shaker to dissolve. Add your Medica, and other ingredients, and shake on ice. Then fine strain into a chilled glass.
