Let’s crack open that bottle of Medica!
Did you know that this liqueur lends itself quite well to sipping on it’s own (think digestif, port, sherry, etc…) and mixing with other drinks (similar to sweet vermouth in a martini, boulevardier, or negroni), but we wanted to show you another option (for those who like something a bit sweeter!)
Raspberry Honey Lemonade
1oz Burwood Medica
1oz Burwood Vodka
Muddled raspberries
1/2 oz lemon juice
Squirt of simple syrup
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Shake it up, pour on ice!
