Watermelon Fizz

Recipe:

2 oz Burwood Vodka

1/2 oz Simple Syrup

3 oz Fresh water melon juice (core your watermelon, then scoop the fruit into a blender or muddle)

1 Watermelon quarter for garnish (sliced)

375 ml soda water to top (OR add prosecco!)

In a mixer, combine vodka, watermelon juice, simple syrup and stir. Add in your ice, top with soda or prosecco, then add your garnish!
