WINTER BERRY BLUE
Ingredients:
– 2oz Winter Berry Gin
– 1 oz Cranberry Juice
– Fresh Blueberries
– 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
– 0.5 oz Egg whites
Add your blueberries into your cocktail shaker. Pour your Burwood Winter Berry over top, and muddle blueberries. Add in your cranberry juice, and simple syrup. Add in ice and shake! After that, add in your egg whites, and shake again for about 25-30 seconds. Make sure it gets nice and frothy! Strain into a Nick & Norah glass, Or coupe!
Pro Tip: zest a frozen blueberry over top of the foam for a beautiful finished look! If not, garnish with fresh blueberries and a lemon zest!
